Do you service saunas as well as cold plunges?
Yes. Select sauna service on the request form and include the manufacturer, model, and what you’re experiencing. We’ll review the equipment and confirm the next step.
Which care plan should I choose?
Consider usage, environment, and how much upkeep you want handled for you. We can help you choose Essential, Premium, Weekly, or a one-time service.
Can you help with a warranty repair?
We perform warranty work for participating manufacturers after authorization from the original manufacturer or dealer. Include your brand and warranty details when requesting service.
What information helps you prepare?
Your address, brand and model, a description of the issue, any error code, and clear photos. Please include access instructions when completing your customer details.
How do I get my report and sign it?
Your final report arrives in the email itself. Use its private signing link to review and sign online. Your signed report is then saved under your customer record.
